DAY-11 THE END @ LAND'S END
I spent a night in Little Petherick by the creek and all ways from there go up the hill.
I didn’t get too far before I was distracted by this amazing guy, who had a yard full of all sorts of vehicles, including the one that he bought of Land Rover designer’s family. It goes on land and water, has a Peugeot twin-turbo diesel engines, runs on custom made fuel and one day will, apparently, cross the Atlantic. He also got the name for it: The Cornish Rover!
In general this part of route turned out to be hilly as expected with a little bit of cycling on off-roads, which I did not appreciate at all
Other than that, I crossed the Finish line on time and still in a good weather. I could not believe, how fortunate I was with the weather. I did not have to use my waterproofs even once throughout 11 days of cycling. And it’s UK !!!
